What type and size of spaces are available for this show?
For Phoenix Fan Fest 2017, we are focusing on one type of space. These Exhibitor Spaces are 6ft x 10ft, come with one 6ft table, two chairs, three Exhibitor badges and an Exhibitor sign.

How do I become an Exhibitor at Phoenix Fan Fest?
You can become an Exhibitor at Phoenix Fan Fest by filling out the Exhibitor application.

I’ve submitted my application, when will I hear something?
Phoenix Fan Fest will be in contact within two weeks of receiving your application. Make sure to check your junk/spam folders for notifications.

What licenses do I need in order to participate as a vendor/exhibitor at the convention?
If you plan to sell anything in your space, you will need a State of Arizona Tax License. You can find all the information on the Exhibitor Information page in the Tax License section.


Current Exhibitors

When will I get my placement for Phoenix Fan Fest 2017?
Phoenix Fan Fest must have its floor plan approved by the Fire Marshal prior to placing exhibitors and artists into their slot and this can take some time. We will have more information regarding placement as soon as possible.

When and where is load-in/out, setup and check in available for exhibitors for the show?

How many badges do I receive with my space?
Exhibitors receive three (3) Exhibitor badges with each space they have purchased.

My business name is incorrect, how do I update it?
The business that is listed with your space is what will be used for the program guide and your Exhibitor sign at your space. If it needs to be updated, please contact the Operations Manager, Kellie Ambrosia, to have it updated as soon as possible.

I have questions about what I can and cannot setup in my space, where can I find that information?
Visit the Exhibitor Information for information about the space size and policies for the convention and convention center.

Who can I contact if I have questions about my space?
All Exhibitor questions can be sent to Kellie Ambrosia, Operations Manager.

What is your weapons and prop policy and how does it affect what I can sell?
Our weapons and prop policy can be found here and we have a Costuming FAQ here. Items that are on the prohibited lists cannot be sold during the show. If you have questions, you can contact the Operations Manager, Kellie Ambrosia, for more information.
